We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, but due to exceptionally high demand during our biggest sale of the year, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

Black Friday is our busiest time of year, and both we and our courier partners experience a significant increase in orders.

For this reason, please allow an additional 4–7 working days on top of your usual delivery estimate.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and if you have any concerns or questions about your order, our team is always happy to help.

No discount codes are required during our Black Friday event.

All discounted prices and final savings will be automatically displayed on the product pages throughout the sale.

Please note that no discount codes can be applied on top of Black Friday prices, and brand and product exclusions apply.

Returns during the Black Friday period follow the same process as normal.

While the brands listed above are included in our event, not every product within those brands will be discounted.

There are several possible reasons for this, such as:

• The item is already priced at our most competitive price, meaning it cannot be reduced further.
  
• The product may be part of a restricted or protected pricing range.
  
• The manufacturer has placed limitations on promotional activity.
  

Where a product is included in the sale, the discounted price will be clearly shown on our website during the promotional period.

We do support our staff with a Zero Tolerance Policy so please be kind when speaking with our team by both email and telephone while they do their best to assist you with any delays you may be experiencing.

We work hard to keep our website as up to date as possible, especially during busy periods like Black Friday.

However, high demand can mean that products sell out quickly.

Yes - once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery journey.

If there are unexpected delays, rest assured that we will update you as soon as we have new information.

During the Black Friday weekend, our warehouse processes orders very quickly.

While we’ll always do our best to help, we may not be able to amend or cancel orders once they have entered processing.

Orders placed between Monday 17th November and Sunday 14th December are not eligible for price-difference refunds.
