This company have been made it very difficult and stressful to get a refund. I completed multiple return forms and got spoken to disgracefully when I asked for the complaints procedure I was told it was Friday and no one was there to process this. I asked for the gentlemans name I was dealing with so I could make a further complaint but would not give his name. It has been a very unsettling and stressful process and still not received any money. Please avoid

We are disappointed to read another negative review, as again, we do not feel it is an accurate reflection of the service provided.

For clarity, you were only required to complete one form – our standard Request A Return Form – which takes under 60 seconds to complete in order for your return to be processed. You were not asked to complete multiple return forms.

We also strongly dispute the suggestion that you were spoken to disgracefully. Our team explained the returns process and the steps required to arrange your refund. When you requested information regarding our complaints procedure on a Friday, you were advised that the relevant member of staff was not available at that time to process the complaint, rather than that your concerns would not be addressed.

We appreciate that waiting for a return and refund to be processed can be frustrating; however, we do not believe the description given in this review fairly represents the communication or service provided by our team.

All returns are processed in accordance with our published returns procedure, and once the returned item has been received and checked, the applicable refund is processed accordingly.
